We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Photos you upload — the image(s) you submit are used solely to generate your enhanced photo and are deleted from our servers once processing is complete.
• Email address — provided when purchasing, used to deliver your photo and send order-related communications.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics (page views, browser type) collected via Vercel Analytics and Facebook Pixel to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process your uploaded photo(s) and generate your enhanced image using AI
• To process and confirm your payment via Stripe
• To deliver your photo and any order-related emails to the address you provided
• To improve the service through anonymised usage analytics

4. Photo Storage & Deletion

Uploaded photos are stored temporarily on our secure servers (Cloudflare R2) solely for the purpose of generating your enhanced image. Once your photo is processed and delivered, your original upload is permanently deleted. Enhanced photos are retained for a short period to allow you to download them, after which they are also removed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or photos. We share data only with:

• AI generation providers — your photo is transmitted securely to our AI partners solely to produce your enhanced image
• Stripe — to process your payment securely
• Email delivery providers — to send you your photo and receipt
• Legal authorities — when required by applicable law

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Facebook Pixel) to measure advertising performance and improve the service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted after your enhanced image is generated. Enhanced photos are retained for a limited period to allow download access. Your email address and order details are retained as long as necessary to fulfil the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and any stored media
