3. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • You own the photo or have the right to use it for this purpose
  • You have obtained the necessary consent from any individuals depicted in the photo, including parental or guardian consent for minors
  • The photo does not contain illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these requirements.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment method.

5. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because enhanced photos are generated and delivered instantly as digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review your uploaded photo carefully before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated enhanced photo is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the AI-generated output. You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos. We retain all rights to the underlying technology, models, and platform.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload photos you have the right to use and enhance
  • Not upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or overload the service
  • Use the service only for lawful personal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability
